Hod si do googla Jala Neti... je to stara joginska technika cistenia dutin. S cigelkou by som to moc neskusal. Ja to robim s vlaznou slanou vodou. Slanost by sa mala cca rovnat fyziologickemu roztoku. Pokym je malo slana tak je to dost neprijemne citit v nose.
